Simply the Best Heating & Cooling wants you to have the best 4th of July ever this year for America’s 240th birthday! We’ve gathered a list of some great events going on around the greater Phoenix area this year both on the 4th and over the 4th weekend.
Events Over 4th Of July Weekend
Light Up The Sky, July 1, Maryvale
For well over three decades now, Light Up the Sky has been the west-side’s premiere family-oriented, alcohol-free (Read: free from alcohol. Not free alcohol lol.) fireworks display and celebratory event. The celebrations take place at Maryvale Baseball Park from 6:30-9:30 PM, but you’ll want to arrive early to snag a choice viewing position. Also arriving early will give you and the family some time to walk around and participate in the activities! Everything from activities and games for the kids on the baseball diamond to an inflatable fun zone! (Sorry adults, again for the kids.) As has been the case since the 80’s, Light Up the Sky is free admission!
